Years ago in Fort Saskatchewan, Jollof rice introduced a new culture through its rich, vibrant flavor.
Behind it was Scheila, whose small kitchen filled with the aroma of slow-cooked tomatoes and spices, bringing people together. What began with friends soon grew into a community favorite.
As authentic taste became harder to find, Scheila’s Kitchen was created. Now, every jar carries that same bold flavor, warmth, and tradition in every spoon.
